To apply we require 1st month's rent along with a nonrefundable $45 application fee. Everyone who will be living in the location must apply who is over the age of 18 years old. All occupants must be on the lease.
Once your application is accepted by the Landlord. A lease will be provide to you to review. To secure the home/apartment, we require payment of 1st month's rent. 1st month's rent is nonrefundable.
Prior to move in, last month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent are due. Along with the monthly water fee and any parking/pet fee should it apply.
Pet policy depends on the property, dogs are not allowed at all properties. Cat fee is $250 and Dog fee is $500 on time, nonrefundable.
To apply we require a complete application form and an application fee of $100.00 Once your application is accepted by the Landlord, you will be provided a lease for review. To secure the space, we ask you to pay 1st month's rent. 1st month's rent is nonrefundable.
Prior to move in, last month's rent, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent, and the U&O TAX/CAM fees are due. All commercial spaces are rented in “as is” condition.
Base rent and Other Monthly Charges are due and payable on the first day of each month in advance. In accordance with Pennsylvania law, and the ethical beliefs of Foremost 525 L.P., no rental applicants will be denied because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex or sexual orientation, age (with the exception of minors), marital status, members of the military, veterans, handicapped or disabled individuals. This rental application allows Foremost 525 L.P. to verify all information provided by the applicant and gives Foremost 525 L.P. consent to obtain a consumer credit report relating to the applicant. The signature(s) represents that all information stated on this application is true. If any statement herein is made not true, Foremost 525 L.P. reserves the right to terminate any current or future lease with the applicant.
Bill No. 210329 amends Section 9-1108 of the Philadelphia Code titled “Fair Practices Ordinance: Protections Against Unlawful Discrimination.”
Section 9-1108(3) requires landlords to provide a uniform written rental screening criteria before accepting applications for rental housing.
